Fairfields Primary School

Dear parents,

I am writing with both sad and happy news! Mrs Maycock is leaving us to start her maternity leave tomorrow. She has been instrumental in the changes made in the teaching of reading and writing in the school and we will miss her enthusiasm and motivation.

With two young children and one due imminently, Mrs Maycock has reduced her hours over the last year, but has now decided to leave work to focus on them entirely.
We have been assured that she will return to Fairfields once they are in full time education.

We wish her and her family well and look forward to the updates on the arrival of her new child.
