We want to ensure that we meet every child's need as much as possible. If your child has a medical condition, please let us know. You can do this by arranging to meet Mrs Bogalski through the school office and then approving an Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) online, this will be sent to your email address for approval. We use a system called Medical Tracker to record health conditions in school.
Please update us as soon as possible if there are any changes to your child's current IHCP and esure we have the correct medication in school which must be in date.

Parent Information Portal (PIP)
Hampshire and Isle of White Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust have a parent Information Portal where parents can have access to view their child's immunisation history and growth charts. The portal allows parents to plot their child's growth measurements and there is a large resources section available. Children who are in Year R (Foundation Stage) or year 6 will be due their height and weight from National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP), parents will be able to view these results on the portal after the measurements are recorded on the child's health record. Certain appointment letters are uploaded to the portal and parents/carers will also receive key public health notifications specific to their child's age.
