COVID Arrangements

24 January 2022 (by admin)

Dear parents and carers,

We now have a large number of staff and pupils who are isolating.  We are busy putting together a pack of work (pack B) for children to work on.  This will also include a time for children to meet together on Zoom with their teacher to ask questions about the pack and to see how everyone is once a week.

Please look out for a separate email from the teachers who are at home isolating.  This will include details of when the pupils isolating will meet with one of their year group teachers on Zoom.  This will not be a lesson as we cannot guarantee that the teacher will be well enough to teach – this may even be an alternative teacher in this case.  Please could you also check that your Zoom software has been updated.

The office will have Pack B available for collection this afternoon, at pick up time.  Please could we ask that as many parents collect this in person, or to send someone to collect, it so that there is no delay in your child receiving it.

We also have a number of catering staff isolating.  We are meeting today to discuss menu changes and how we can manage with the staff shortage.  We will send more information about this later on today.

Please stay well and take care.  We will postpone the Year 1 and 2 parent meeting this afternoon as the staff are not in school.

Kind regards

Miss Kelly Dillon
