Dear parents and carers,
We are in the process of organising the end of term transition to next year. To support your children we will be arranging for their teacher from September to teach them from Tuesday 14th - Friday 17th July in the mornings only. Afternoon Zoom lessons will be taught by their exiting teacher.
For this to take place you will need to check the codes on the website on Monday 13th July in the evening as these may change. The password will remain the same for your child for the entire week. For example, If you child is in Year 3 the middle number will stay the same despite them move up to the next year group.
A personalised transition pack will be available to collect on Friday 10th and Monday 13th July between the hours of 8:40 – 10am and 3 - 4pm. Please come onto the bottom playground by Freddies’ steps to collect your pack. Please keep 2 metres apart whilst waiting and collecting.
The pack will include the name of your child’s teacher and also information about the meet the teacher sessions for parents. The dates and times for these sessions are on the calendar on the website, but you will need the pack for the ID and code.
If your child is in school, your child will bring the pack home on Friday 10th July.
