Year 5 children will be going swimming next Tuesday.
We hope you have had a lovely holiday.
Please may I remind you that we need to speedily collect all paperwork for our first year 5 swimming visit on Tuesday. If you have already printed the letter you were sent at the start of the holidays and filled in the consent and medical forms, please could you pop them in your child's bag so that we will receive them on Friday. We will give all other children a paper copy on Friday but will then need them back on the following Monday. We are very sorry but we are unable to take children for the first session who have not returned the forms. We would also be keen to hear from any parent helpers who are willing to accompany us so that we have the correct number of adults.
