Dear parents and carers,

We are really looking forward to the next two weeks of term leading into the Christmas Holidays.  Please do remember that the timings for drop off and pick up have been changed this week for a trial.  FS, Year 1 and 2: 8:40am drop off and 3:10pm pick up.  Years 34,5 and 6: 8:45am drop off and 3:15pm pick up. 

I do hope that you are able to join us for the Christmas Fair on Wednesday.  The PTA have worked incredibly hard to put together this event to raise money for the playground equipment.

During the fair we will also be running performances of our children singing, Fairfields Band, Basingstoke Tappers and also an ex pupil’s band, The Project. 

Here are the rough timings for the performances:

4:30pm                 Choir

4:55pm                 Year 2

5:10pm                 Year 4

We do hope that you will come along and bring your child to join in.  The performances will take place either in the hall or under the canopy.  Please do bring your child before the time allocated. 

A reminder to choir parents, we will not be having choir club on Wednesday due to setting up for the fair.  You should have been sent an email with other opportunities for Choir to perform.  Please do let the office know if you have not received this. 

We will also be holding our Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 15^th December.  This is the same day as the Christmas Dinner Day.  Children will need to wear school uniform apart from their jumper.  Children do not need to bring in money to take part.
