Dear parents and carers
Following the news of the Queen passing away yesterday afternoon, we will now be meeting with the senior leaders and governors to agree how the school will respond and show our respect.
This matter will need to be dealt with sensitively as we know that some of our children have lost close relatives over the last few years.
During assembly this afternoon we will share the news of the Queen’s passing and focus on the great work of the Queen over the last 70 years.
We will communicate our response to you for us to share as a community in the next few days.
