You will have received a Scopay message to give you details on our new system about how to complete the annual review of your child's medical conditions. If your child has a medical condition, please can you access this message on Scopay to review their health care plan. For Foundation Stage parents who have children with medical needs, please complete the health care plans given to you by the Foundation Stage staff instead, and we will move you onto the new system when your child's plan needs reviewing. If your child does not have a medical condition, you do not need to take any further action. Many thanks.
