Dear parents and carers,
You may be aware that we have been reviewing our after school club (Freddies Club) following demand and supply issues.
We have approached a private company (Energy Kidz) who could take over the running of the club in the future. This would include extended hours and holiday provision.
They would like our parents to complete a survey to gauge demand.
