Dear Parents/Carers When you are sending emails in to school, please make sure you use either admin@fairfields.hants.sch.uk or if it is to report pupil absence use pupilabsence@fairfields.hants.sch.uk
When teachers send you messages through Scopay, this is through a secure system that allows us to send messages, but it doesn't allow replies. Please don't respond by clicking on reply to those messages to donotreply@scopay.com, by emailing fairfields@scopay.com, as this will not reach us.
If the email is for a teacher, please use the admin@fairfields.hants.sch.uk address and include your child's name, their teacher and their class and we will make sure the message is passed to them. To report pupil absence, please email pupilabsence@fairfields.hants.sch.uk and include their name, class and reason for absence.
