I have followed up on the delays related to the PE uniform.  I have received this response:

Dear Customer,

The impact of Covid-19 has presented all of us with unprecedented, long-term challenges, particularly effecting global economies and supply chains.

We, at adidas, have also felt the effects and continue to experience many varied challenges including, but not restricted to; constrained vessel capacity, congestion and reduced productivity at ports; continued COVID-19 infections in sourcing countries and government-mandated factory lockdowns.

Whilst we are working to mitigate these issues unfortunately these challenges have compounded causing delays and cancellations to our orderbooks. Our local teams are working hard to manage these difficult circumstances, however, there may be changes to your orderbook. In line with our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to manage availability and allocations to best support our customer portfolio. Visibility of these changes is not always possible and we cannot guarantee communication to you.

We understand the frustration this causes and we endeavour to mitigate, where possible, these impacts to you.

Please be patient - the children look wonderful and I am confident that the uniform will be shipped as soon as Liss Sport receive them.  

We have only received 4 sets of uniform and so are unable to swap them as first thought.  Please could you collect them from the office and return them individually.
