The children have requested though School Council for Pokemon cards to be allowed again in school to play with at break and lunch time. We have decided to allow cards back in school again if parents wish for their children to bring them in, but we have explained to the children that we cannot be responsible for lost cards, or problems with cards being traded in 'error' for example. This caused the cards to be banned in the past. We want to give the children a chance to manage this for themselves as they have missed not being able to bring them into school. However, they must only be used at break and lunch between the children in your child's year group, and please don't allow your child to bring them in if you are concerned about the cards being misplaced or damaged. There is plenty of equipment in the children's playground boxes for them to play with so they won't be bored if they do not have cards. 

If we need to, we will review this decision.
